Any attempt to abuse MicroSync through any sort of tampering or malicious activity can result in the deletion of your account and all associated data without notice or delay.
Any binary assets above 50MB in size are considered unfair use of this product and will be automatically removed.
Using your MicroSync storage as a form of file-sharing is prohibited and could result in the deletion of your account and associated data without notice or delay.
If you believe your account has been compromised you should change your password.
Storing any data that you do not have the rights for is strictly prohibited. If you are doing so, your account may be deleted without notice or delay.
You own all data that is stored on our servers and take full responsibility for it.
Covered Software is provided under this License on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind, either expressed, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, warranties that the Covered Software is free of defects, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose or non-infringing. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Covered Software is with You. Should any Covered Software prove defective in any respect, You (not any Contributor) assume the cost of any necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, whether tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, shall any Contributor, or anyone who distributes Covered Software as permitted above, be liable to You for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses, even if such party shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from such party’s negligence to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion and limitation may not apply to You.
If for whatever reason you are unable to use MicroSync you may apply for a refund by contacting us. You will be refunded an appropriate amount for the term remaining on your subscription.
We may terminate your access to MicroSync, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

At any point you can delete your notepads and associated metadata. This can be done within the application or by contacting us. Deletions are permanent.
No information of any kind is kept on any notepads unless you have explicitly chosen to sync that notepad.
